Katech, Inc. has done countless hours of testing with the Gen 3 engines. One thing noticed was there seemed to be a restriction of airflow in the inlet. What we came up with was when we blended in the rough edges on the throttle body, we could achieve even more power, up to 5 H.P. on a stock LS6 engine. And when tested on modified engines, the gain was even greater.

Our porting is done with our 3-axis CNC Mill. This guarantees the porting is done the exact same way every time. The ported throttle bodies are available for any car using a Gen 3 engine.
