Katech LT4 Street Attack Camshaft

Katech Engineering has been in the racing world since 1977 and knows that the key to a winning engine is the camshaft. Not only do our camshaft packages make great power, but the durability on them is second to none. What makes our camshafts so great is our ability to analyze the valve while it is in motion on our Optron spin cell. This is a claim that few people in the industry can make, especially since we were one of the first companies to use this technology. With our involvement in the C5-R race program, we can safely claim that there has never once been a failure due to insufficient valvetrain design. What this means is you will get the most durable, highest revving cam package that is on the market today. You can also be assured that every aspect of the camshaft has been designed for great power and superb driveability. The LT4 Street Attack cam is designed for LT4/LT5 engines with either OEM or TVS2650 superchargers. This cam has an aggressive idle while still playing nice with OEM torque converters. Suggested Valvetrain: PSI1511 Valve Springs, GM LS7 or Johnson 2110-K Lifters, Katech Locators, Katech H13 Tool Steel or Titanium Retainers Cam Specs: 227/242 @ .050, . 649/.658 lift, 116+2 LSA, 38% fuel lobe Applications: C7 Z06/ZR1, G6 Camaro ZL1, or LT1/LT4 Full VVT lockout or delete recommended.
