HP Tuners MPVI4 OBD-II Vehicle Interface & ECU Programmer

The HP Tuners MPVI4 OBD-II Vehicle Interface & ECU Programmer is the latest-generation vehicle communication interface designed for diagnostics, data logging, and ECU calibration when used with HP Tuners VCM Suite software.

Connecting directly to a vehicle’s 16-pin OBD-II diagnostic port, the MPVI4 allows users to read diagnostic trouble codes, monitor live vehicle data, and read, edit, save, and write supported control module calibrations through VCM Scanner and VCM Editor.

The MPVI4 features a dual-core 1.7 GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM, providing improved processing capability, faster communication, and enhanced logging performance compared to earlier MPVI hardware generations.

Wireless connectivity is supported through Bluetooth® 5.2, enabling communication with compatible devices without requiring a continuous USB connection. The interface also includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (up to 150 Mbps) hardware, with wireless functionality available through a future firmware update.

A redesigned tapered OBD-II connector improves engagement with the vehicle’s diagnostic port and enhances communication stability during scanning and programming operations.

Each MPVI4 interface includes the HP Tuners Pro Feature Set as standard and is compatible with PROLINK+ inputs for expanded data acquisition capability.
