Mercury Racing 525/600/700 Top End Rebuild.

The Mercury 525/600/700 EFI engines require top end rebuilds at 250 hours. This includes fully refreshing your cylinder heads. The team at Katech has leveraged our over 45 years of engine building experience to offer you a complete cylinder head rebuild service using the highest quality parts and machining procedures!

Manley Severe Duty Intake Valves

Manley Extreme Duty Inconel Exhaust Valves

Simply follow this procedure:

Remove the cylinder heads from your engine. Remove all studs and guide plates.

Print a copy of your order confirmation, put it in the box and send the heads to:

NOTE: Not including a copy of your order confirmation in the box will prevent or delay the processing of your order.

Please be sure to properly package cylinder heads with plenty of bubble wrap protection on the corners. We have found that when shipping cylinder heads a box, wrapped in bubble wrap, within another box offers the best protection from damage. Please do not use packing peanuts.

Standard lead time is 2-3 weeks.

Price is per set. If you have 2 engines you will need to purchase Qty:2 of this service.

NOTE:Some heads may require welding on the exhaust flange if corrosion is present. This will be billed as an additional service.
