Our first 100% XDI manufactured and tested DI-Injectors are designed for the new GM Gen V LT series engines. With a 100% increase in flow over stock LT4 injectors, these supply the required fuel flow for high horsepower applications without the need for auxiliary fuel systems. These injectors are based on the original GM LT4 injector, which makes them a perfect drop in solution. Most of the ECU Injector characteristics stay the same.
Every Injector gets tested at 100bar and 200bar on OEM testing equipment at XDI. Every set gets flow matched to within ±0.5% at 100bar and 200bar fuel pressure !!!
Testing on several fully instrumented engines (8x O2, 8x EGT) done by Katech Inc. has shown unequaled results in terms of cylinder distribution, repeatability and stability at pressures up to 2,800psi. Tuning changes required are minimal, offsets and current driver parameters stay the same. The injectors are E85 compatible.
No meth, no PFI, no extra ECUs, no wiring, full control, full OBD Diagnostics.

Maximum Pressure:
LT4 +30%:
200bar / 2900psi (tested rock solid on engine and roller dyno)
220bar / 3200psi (under perfect conditions, no pressure pulsations)
LT4 +65%:
180bar / 2600psi
2800psi if you accept the risk of misfire, no single overshoot past 2900psi as this will for sure cause misfires.
Requirements:
Needs upgraded low pressure and high pressure fuel pump to extract full potential.
Combinations and Power Potential (LT4 +30%):
Perfect for 750-850whp on E85, if combined with a minimum +32% cam lobe for the LT4 OEM-HPFP (up to 3200psi) or the LPE HPFP.
Good for 1000whp on blends or race gas with turbos, if combined with a minimum +32% cam lobe for the LT4 OEM-HPFP (up to 3200psi) or the LPE HPFP.
Good for 1000whp applications on full E85 (TVS2650, Whipple, F1A) if combined with a minimum +32% cam lobe for the LT4 OEM-HPFP (up to 3200psi) or the LPE HPFP and meth injection.
Good for 1000whp applications on full E85 (TVS2650, Whipple, F1A) in combination with our XFP3200 belt driven fuel pump.
Good for 1200whp on race gas with turbos in combination with our XFP3600 belt driven fuel pump.
For higher output applications our brand new XDI LT4+65% DI Fuel Injectors are available.
These work good with the LPE big bore pump on NA (e.g. Nitro-Methane), Turbo (low boost at low rpm) or centrifugal superchargers.
