Katech Gen V LT Stage II DI High-Flow Fuel Injectors
Maximum Fuel Delivery for High-Horsepower Gen V LT Direct-Injection Applications
The Katech Gen V LT Stage II DI High-Flow Fuel Injectors are engineered for high-horsepower Gen V GM LT engines requiring maximum fuel delivery beyond factory direct-injection injectors. Designed for aggressive naturally aspirated, supercharged, turbocharged, and competition-focused LT applications, these injectors support increased airflow and power demands while maintaining precise fuel control, drivability, and calibration resolution.
Katech Stage II DI Fuel Injectors are optimized for high-output LT engine combinations where increased fuel capacity, repeatability, and durability are critical. Each injector set is 100% tested, serialized, and dynamically matched to help ensure consistent cylinder-to-cylinder fuel delivery under high-pressure, high-load operating conditions.
These direct-injection fuel injectors are intended for maximum-effort street, track day, and competition-derived LT builds when paired with proper ECU calibration and a fuel system matched to the engine combination.

Technical Overview
The Katech Gen V LT Stage II DI High-Flow Fuel Injectors are designed for compatible Gen V LT direct-injection engine platforms requiring maximum fuel capacity. Injector performance is validated to support stable operation across idle, part-throttle, and wide-open-throttle conditions when properly calibrated.
Each injector is individually tested at operating pressure and dynamically matched into serialized sets to minimize cylinder-to-cylinder variation. The Stage II injector design provides substantially increased fuel flow capacity compared to factory LT1, L86, and LT4 injectors while maintaining factory ECU controllability when properly calibrated.
Each set includes eight injectors for V8 Gen V LT applications. These high-flow direct-injection fuel injectors are intended for high-output engine combinations where accurate fuel delivery under load is essential to performance consistency, engine safety, and long-term reliability.
Why Spray Pattern Matters
Fuel flow capacity is only one component of injector performance. While increased fuel delivery is necessary to support higher horsepower levels, injector spray pattern plays a critical role in combustion efficiency, drivability, calibration stability, and long-term engine durability.
An injector with poor fuel atomization or an improperly designed spray pattern can contribute to poor idle quality, reduced throttle response, increased soot production, elevated knock sensitivity, calibration challenges, and increased noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). Improper fuel targeting may also result in fuel contacting cylinder walls, potentially contributing to oil dilution and increased engine wear.
Katech Stage II Fuel Injectors feature a unique 8-hole OEM-compatible spray pattern designed to promote efficient fuel atomization and consistent fuel distribution within the combustion chamber. Combined with increased flow capacity and precise injector characterization, this helps maintain excellent drivability, combustion quality, and calibration control across a wide range of operating conditions.
