Description
Katech Gen V LT4 K Force 1 Camshaft
Performance Camshaft Engineering for Supercharged LT4 Builds with Automatic Transmissions.
The Katech Gen V LT4 K Force 1 Camshaft is designed for Gen V LT4 performance builds with automatic transmissions. Its profile features 219°/239° duration at .050", .643"/.660" valve lift with 1.8:1 rocker arms, a 116° lobe separation angle, and a 38% fuel pump lobe. The cam card specifies 2° advance, with a 114° intake centerline and a 118° exhaust centerline. A 4° VVT limiter or full lockout is recommended.
Katech brings decades of racing engine and valvetrain development experience to its camshaft designs. Using Optron Spin Cell technology, Katech analyzes valve motion during operation to evaluate valvetrain behavior and guide camshaft and component development. Power, driveability, and operating range depend on the complete engine combination, supporting components, and calibration.
