PRECISION VALVETRAIN SETUP 

Katech Competition LS Cylinder Head Assembly provides precision cylinder head assembly and valvetrain setup for high-performance and racing engine applications. Each cylinder head is assembled to match your specific camshaft and valvetrain combination, with critical measurements checked and verified to help ensure proper operation, reliability, and performance.

Valve spring installed heights are individually measured and corrected as required using the appropriate Valve Spring Shims, which are included with the service. Each Valve Spring is also tested to verify open and closed pressures, coil bind height, and available clearance. Retainer-to-Valve Seal clearance is checked to help prevent interference throughout the full range of valve lift.

• Camshaft Specifications Must Be Provided for Proper Valvetrain Setup
• Cylinder Heads and Valvetrain Components Must Be Suitable for the Intended Application
