Katech Gen 4 LS2, LS3 & LS7 Reverse Intake Valley Cover

The Katech Gen 4 LS Reverse Intake Valley Cover is designed specifically to support reverse-mounted intake manifold installations on GM Gen 4 LS engines. In reverse-intake configurations, the factory valley cover and oil pressure sensor orientation can interfere with intake manifold placement. This Katech valley cover resolves that issue by repositioning the oil pressure sensor for proper clearance.

This component is intended for specialty engine builds where a reverse intake layout is required due to packaging or system design constraints.

Correct oil pressure sensor adapter selection is required based on engine type:

• LS2 & LS7 Engines
  Requires Katech Oil Pressure Sensor Adapter – KAT-A4784
  Not compatible with LS3 intake manifold clearance

• LS2, LS3, & LS7  Engines (and applicable Gen 4 variants)
  Requires Katech Oil Pressure Sensor Adapter – KAT-A6678

Failure to use the correct adapter may result in clearance or installation issues.
