The Katech Street Attack Gen V LT1 427 CID Naturally Aspirated Forged Short Block provides a durable foundation for high-performance street, track, and competition engine builds. Each short block begins with a brand-new GM LT1 Aluminum Engine Block that is sleeved, professionally machined, and assembled by the master engine builders at Katech.

The forged rotating assembly includes a Callies 8-Counterweight Forged Crankshaft, Callies Forged H-Beam Connecting Rods, and CP Forged Pistons. Clevite Main and Rod Bearings, Katech Kool Shot™ Piston Oil Squirters, and ARP Main Studs complete the assembly. Wet Sump and Dry Sump configurations are available.
