Blocking off your squirters might seem like a shortcut to increase oil pressure, but it’s a risky move. Without proper piston cooling, engines are more prone to heat soak, detonation, ring land failure, and even catastrophic piston damage under sustained high RPM or boost.

Important Fitment Notes

• The vehicle applications listed above are representative and are not a complete fitment list.
• Engineered to accommodate crankshaft strokes of 4.000 inches and longer.
• LS2, LS3, and LS7 engine blocks require machining for installation.
• Engine blocks without factory piston oil squirter provisions require machining for installation.
• Piston skirt modifications may be required depending on piston design, skirt length, and crankshaft stroke.
• Does not fit LS1, LS4, LS6, C5.R, or RHS engine blocks.
• For RHS engine block applications, use the Katech Piston Oil Squirter Nozzles  designed specifically for RHS blocks.
• Verify engine block configuration, machining requirements, piston clearance, and component compatibility before installation.
