The Katech KoolFlow™ LTx 160° Billet Thermostat Housing Assembly combines a CNC-machined billet aluminum housing with an included 160°F thermostat for compatible GM Gen V LT engine applications. Designed to replace the factory-style thermostat housing assembly, it provides a durable cooling system upgrade for performance street, track, and competition use.

The Katech KoolFlow™ Gen V LTx 160° Billet Thermostat Housing Assembly housing is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with a durable black anodized coating for corrosion resistance and a clean motorsports appearance. Precision machining supports proper fitment, sealing, and dependable operation, while the integrated double O-ring design helps provide a secure seal.

The included 160°F thermostat begins opening at a lower temperature than many factory applications, making it well suited for high-performance cooling system configurations.
