The Katech Gen V LT Wet Sump Billet VVT-Delete Front Cover Kit converts Gen V LT wet sump engines from factory Variable Valve Timing (VVT) to a fixed camshaft configuration. Engineered for high-performance street and racing applications, it provides improved valvetrain stability, consistent camshaft timing, and a durable billet aluminum solution for non-VVT engine builds.
This updated design includes a modified camshaft sprocket, dedicated camshaft bolt, LS-Style Front Crankshaft Seal, locating dowels, and camshaft position sensor hardware to ensure proper alignment, sealing, and long-term reliability.
