Katech LT5 95mm CNC Ported Throttle Body Upgrade for LT1 LT4 LT2 Applications

The Katech LT5 CNC Ported Throttle Body is based on a new OEM GM 95mm LT5 electronic throttle body that is precision CNC ported to improve airflow capacity and reduce restriction while maintaining factory electronic integration. This is not a larger diameter throttle body, but a CNC-optimized version of the OEM 95mm LT5 unit designed to improve airflow through the existing geometry.

This ported 95mm throttle body is a proven airflow upgrade for LT5 applications and a versatile option for LT1, LT4, and LT2 combinations when paired with the proper intake configuration or adapter. By optimizing the internal geometry of the OEM casting, Katech improves airflow potential without compromising throttle control or factory-style drivability.

Calibration Notes

No calibration is required on C7 Corvette ZR1 applications. Many LT2 applications using the Performance Design Carbon pTR Intake Manifold are operated without additional calibration when paired with a 95mm throttle body; however, calibration requirements depend on the complete vehicle combination.

Conversions and non-OEM LT5 applications may require ECM calibration depending on airflow changes, supporting modifications, and overall vehicle setup.
