Designed for LT1 and LT4 fueling upgrades in Gen 6 Camaro and CTS-V platforms, this drop-in dual pump module increases low-side fuel capacity while retaining factory system functionality.
The Katech Low-Side Dual Fuel Pump Module is a purpose-engineered fueling solution for Gen VI LT1 and LT4 applications, designed specifically for Gen 6 Camaro and CTS-V3 platforms that require increased low-side fuel capacity without sacrificing factory system functionality.
Unlike auxiliary pump systems or modified factory modules, this sealed, drop-in dual pump module retains critical OEM features including factory returnless fuel system architecture, fuel level sender functionality, EVAP compatibility, and low-level fuel performance. It is engineered to support increased fuel demand while maintaining OEM-style integration and drivability.

Low-Level Fueling Performance
The module incorporates a venturi-based transfer system designed to match OEM fuel pickup performance at low fuel levels. This helps maintain consistent fuel delivery during cornering, braking, acceleration, and sustained lateral loading.
This design supports high-performance street and track use while maintaining proper fuel scavenging characteristics within the tank. As with any high-performance application, it is recommended to maintain fuel levels above 1/8 tank during aggressive driving conditions.
Power Capability
In dual pump configuration, this system has been real-world tested to support up to approximately 900 RWHP on E85 within a factory-style returnless fuel system.
When operated in single pump configuration, the module delivers performance comparable to factory high-output applications, operating within approximately 10% of LT5 low-side fuel pressure behavior depending on system demand and calibration.

Installation & Integration
This fuel module is designed as a true drop-in replacement for the factory module, allowing installation without permanent modification to the fuel tank or system.

The primary pump is controlled by the factory Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM). The secondary pump requires an external control strategy, such as a Hobbs switch, standalone controller, or a compatible PWM controller solution.
Requirements
To use the Katech Low-Side Fueling Solution, a post-pump fuel filter (5–10µm, stainless or micro fiberglass, E85 rated) is required.

Additional Notes
- Some vehicle configurations may not utilize the venturi T-fitting. A supplied cap and clamp are included to properly seal the unused port when required.
- This module is designed to increase fuel capacity while maintaining proper operation of the factory-style returnless fuel system.
Handling & Unpacking Warning
IMPORTANT: This fuel module contains precision internal components that must be handled carefully during unpacking and installation.
- Do not apply force to the fuel level sender arm or float mechanism
- Do not lift or support the module by the arm assembly
- Handle the module by the main body only during removal from packaging
Improper handling may result in damage to the fuel level sensor assembly, which can affect fuel level readings and overall system function.
